Message From the President: Spring 2024
We are planning an important project, and we need your help.
I am pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our 2024 Client Survey, designed to gather your feedback about your experience with Affiance Financial. Your opinion is incredibly valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve and tailor our services to better meet your needs.
Your feedback matters. At Affiance Financial, we believe that building strong relationships with our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Your satisfaction with your advisor team and the progress you are making toward your goals is our top priority. By participating in our survey, you have the opportunity to directly influence the way we deliver our services and enhance your overall experience.
Your feedback drives tangible improvements in the way we conduct our business. During our last survey in 2020, some of you expressed a desire for increased comfort with technology. In response, we initiated the creation of how-to videos to guide you in navigating common technology questions. Your feedback also influenced our planning for the transition to Charles Schwab, and led to us hosting a webinar focused on helping you navigate Schwab’s technology effectively.
Furthermore, your requests for enhanced financial planning capabilities did not go unnoticed. As a result, we established a dedicated financial planning department aimed at elevating our execution in this area. Another item that stood out in our 2020 survey was the desire for additional tax planning opportunities. In direct response, we have implemented Holistiplan, a comprehensive solution to address your tax planning needs.
Your feedback directly shapes our initiatives, and we are committed to implementing meaningful changes based on your input.
How to participate. Participating in our survey is easy and will only take a few minutes of your time. In early May, you will receive an email from your advisor introducing our survey partner, Nexa Insights, and providing some additional details about the survey. This will be followed by an email from Nexa Insights containing a link to the survey. Simply click on the link, and you will be directed to a series of questions covering various aspects of your experience with us.
To show our appreciation for your participation, we will make a $20 donation to one of four charities of your choosing – the Alzheimer’s Association, the Food Group, the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis, or the Memorial Blood Center. Your feedback not only helps us improve our services but also contributes to a meaningful cause.
Once the survey period has ended, we will work with Nexa Insights to carefully analyze all responses gathered. We will then use this information to inform our strategies and initiatives moving forward. Additionally, in an upcoming newsletter, we will share a summary of the survey findings with you, outlining key takeaways and actions we plan to take based on your feedback.
